Pack it light, wear it right!
Schools-in but DON’T ignore the impact of the backpack on their spine? Young children are suffering from back pain much earlier than previous generations, & the use of overweight backpacks is a contributing factor; carrying backpacks over one shoulder will make muscles strain to compensate for the imbalanced weight.
This can cause muscle strain, muscle spasm, & back pain, also increasing the development of spinal problems later in life if not corrected. A heavy backpack can pull on the neck muscles, contributing to headache, shoulder pain, lower back pain, &/or neck & arm pain.
