The importance of more movement in our daily lives is critical to improve our health! It is shocking that the average child spending between 40-60 hours per week attached to electronic devices, & the balance of their time scheduled between school, sports & other extracurricular activities; health professionals are beginning to see a collection of negative effects ranging from reduced cognitive development as a result of overly structured activities that do not stimulate problem solving & creativity, to childhood obesity, reduced muscle development & balance & other physical ailments.
